After being employed as a designer and installer of audio and video systems for 11 years, Bradley Turner started his own business, Easy Access Electronics, in 1996. As a certified dealer for multiple manufacturers, Easy Access is one of the few companies in its area with the experience, and multi-disciplinary skills needed to best design and install custom high end residential automation systems*. We love what we do, and it shows. Easy Access serves the Greater Pittsburgh area and surrounding Counties of Western Pennsylvania.
A letter from the owner explaining his philosophies on doing business:
Our expertise results in only the finest Custom Home Theater, Audio, Lighting Control, Security, and Automation Systems available today. Every system is painstakingly planned to insure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Especially during this planning, it is critical to keep the client in close proximity, so that what you get is at the very least what you expected. Most often the client ends up with more functionality and features than what was expected and a system we both can be very proud of. The past twenty years in this field have taught me that if we complete a project we can be proud of, the client will be pleased and expectations will be met. This is the basis for every job we do.
Our goal is to provide the best service possible on every installation regardless of system size. This will insure referral business, which is the source of the majority of our business. Both the client, and the business will benefit greatly from this strategy. I see no better way of doing things.
Easy Access is a small, very personal operation. This lets us oversee all aspects of each project from initial contact to final hook up and customer training. You can reach us during regular business hours via the office number (724-360-0047) and available to clients 24 hours a day all year.
